GCSSB which has recently been changed to Guardian Catering And Restaurants Sdn Bhd or GCARSB, is fully owned by the existing directors of Pulim Holdings Sdn Bhd, which also owns and managed the following food and beverage businesses, namely:-

* Has had exposure in various cuisines at 5 star establishments (i.e. Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur & Resort World Genting Highlands).
Lee Foo Cheong
