Responsibilities: You will be responsible for preparing food according to the menu and reporting directly to the Executive Sous Chef.
Requirements:
- Minimum SRP/SPM or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years' experience in chinese cuisine
- Chinese candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply
- Creative and able to produce Chinese menu
- Independent and able to work under minimum supervision

CHEF DE PARTIE
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality and efficient delivery of all food services in order to ensure customers' expectations are met
- Execute kitchen and food service plan in order to ensure excellence in F&B is achieved as per target set
- Plan and prepare food quality and quantity management in order to ensure resources are utilized efficiently
- Lead and coach direct reports in food preparation and management in order to develop world class F&B staff
- Ensure dietary, nutritional and safety standard are adhered to in order to safeguard employees' and customers' health
- Manage customer complaints and feedback in order to enhance the food service processes and procedures according to customers' preference
- Key Role:
Manage the assigned shift or kitchen section in order to ensure excellence and safety in food and beverage services are delivered to customers
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM
- 4-6 years experience, with minimum 2 years in similar capacity
- Skills in patient meal management, outlet kitchen operations and multi ethnic culinary skills
- Good Chinese/Malay/Indian culinary skills
